Real estate sales associate handling prospecting, client meetings, and transaction management.

Tasks

-Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings. -Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals. -Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities. -Eventually transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish. -Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents. -Coordinate supporting materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.

What You Bring

-Well organized with excellent time management skills. -Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel). -1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing), quality internship experience is considered. -Excellent interpersonal quantitative, writing, and communication skills. -Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process of obtaining). -Prior experience using CRM programs.
