Tasks
As a QHSE Auditor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project sites. You’ll conduct audits for contractors and consultants, review key project documents, inspect site works, and report on findings to drive continuous improvement. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining excellence and promoting a strong safety and quality culture across all project phases. -Inspect site works and confirm alignment with technical, quality and safety requirements. -Prepare concise audit reports summarizing findings, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and recommendations for improvement. -Review and verify project documents such as Contract documents, PQP, HSE plan, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Checklists. Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Inspection Requests (IR), Material Testing per project specifications and contract documents, Quality and Safety Trainings, Work Permits, and Third-Party Certificates, General site safety compliance and risk control measures, shop drawings, material submittals and QA/QC records. -Conduct QHSE audits for contractors and consultants across project sites. -Support continuous improvement of quality, health, safety, and environmental performance on all projects. -Present audit findings in closing meetings with stakeholders. -Monitor and verify the timely closure of issued NCRs and SORs. -Evaluate compliance with approved project specifications, procedures, and standards.

What You Bring
-Proven experience in villa and tower construction projects. -Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively conduct audits and manage interactions with contractors, consultants, and project teams. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. -Preferably with additional certifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-2015). -Strong technical knowledge of all construction stages - from piling to project handover. -Familiar with quality and safety procedures. -Prior experience in QHSE audits (for both contractor and consultant organizations). -Strong analytical and documentation skills.
