Understand and apply all safety policies and procedures for the property.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as monitoring the parking deck for trash or assisting maintenance with touch-up painting in common areas.
Learn to operate necessary commercial cleaning equipment in a safe manner.
Maintain compliance with ADA, OSHA and other regulations affecting the maintenance of the property.
Regularly walk the property to maintain cleanliness, removing litter and debris from all common areas.
Support the unit turn schedule with routine cleaning of vacant units.
Report all property and liability incidents at the property as soon as possible to the Service Manager.

Minimum 3 months in commercial housekeeping and or general maintenance experience in property management maintenance.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Will need to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching above shoulders.
Constantly indoors in all weather conditions that may make the environment uncomfortable (hot in summer, cold in winter).
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with coworkers, guests, vendors, and contractors.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications.
Occasional exposure to paint fumes, solvents adhesives, etc. Example – apartment during painting and/or immediately during or after turnover. Employee must wear Personal Protective Equipment (N-95 Mask), rubber gloves and eye protection, when necessary.
