What You Bring

-Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, -Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience. -Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products -Strong understanding of construction means and methods on a variety of building types
