We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator / Technical Specification Advisor to join a specialist contractor within the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding refurbishment sector. The business is recognised for delivering high-quality building envelope solutions across the UK from roof and wall refurbishment to complex over cladding, insulation upgrades, and weatherproofing systems. -Proven background in industrial or commercial roofing and cladding systems, ideally within refurbishment, overlay, or retrofit projects. -Commercially astute with excellent written and numerical accuracy. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Confidence in presenting technical solutions clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders. -Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple live enquiries simultaneously. -Strong understanding of materials, system design principles, and compliance frameworks (thermal performance, fire safety, and warranty requirements). -Demonstrable experience within the building envelope refurbishment industry. -Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to client sites nationwide.
