Overview

Support and manage Grid Technologies IT/OT applications, troubleshoot, and improve systems.

Tasks

-Supporting software and server upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives -Leverage cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes -Supporting applications related to engineering drawings management -Supporting applications related to planning and asset management -Own the lifecycle of the Work and Asset Management application portfolio within Grid Technologies -Help build and maintain the department’s presence on the company’s intranet -Supporting applications related to project management (e.g. project controls, estimating, scheduling, risk and dispatch) -Resolve technical support incidents requiring deep technical expertise -Develop technical IT/OT skills (technical troubleshooting, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, data processing, etc.) as well as skills relevant to the utility sector (protection and control, Tx and Dx asset maintenance, etc.) -Supporting applications related to Geographic Information System (GIS) -Learn emerging technologies and implement modern technical solutions within a dynamic team

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -A self-motivated individual with an aptitude to learn and problem solve -Cybersecurity testing, patching and remediation -Must meet New Grad Program Eligibility Requirements -Valid, permanent driver's license (Ontario Class G) -Leadership skills gained through extracurricular activities or other experience in a dynamic team environment -Good Academic Standing (A copy of your Official/Unofficial Transcript) -Or, you are currently completing a master's degree in a related field, you are graduating by May 2026, and have a maximum of 1 year between completing your bachelor's degree and enrolling in your master's program. -A copy of your most recent Transcript (Official/Unofficial) -Previous Co-op/Internship experience in a relevant field and industry is considered an asset -A University undergraduate degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Computer, Software), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field -Operate with adaptability, speed, and agility -You have graduated with your bachelor's degree in 2024, 2025 or will graduate by May 2026
