ERP Record-to-Report (R2R) & GRC Techno-Functional Lead

Tasks

-Data Migration: Develop strategies for migrating master data and financial balances into ERP, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and smooth cutover. -Solution Architecture & Configuration: Define and configure ERP modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany processes. Ensure compliance with corporate, tax, and statutory requirements across regions. Configure, extend and support ERP R2R modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements. -Governance & Controls: Establish, configure and enforce governance and audit controls for our core ERP system. Work with SOX and Internal Audit team to design ground-up financial and IT controls within the new ERP. -Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Finance leadership, system integrators, and ERP vendors to document current-state processes, define future-state designs, and create detailed use cases for R2R. -Lead ERP R2R Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Drive process definition, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption. -System Optimization & Rollouts: Recommend solutions for system gaps, design phased rollout strategies, and lead R2R tracks through discovery, CRPs, integration, data conversion, UAT, and deployment. -Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify automation opportunities in close, reporting, and compliance processes. -Integration Leadership: Work with internal development and integration teams to design, test, and deploy interfaces with CRM, Supply Chain, Treasury, and external reporting systems. -Close & Reporting Optimization: Lead initiatives to shorten month-end close cycles, improve reconciliations, and standardize reporting. Implement best practices in financial consolidation and reporting.

What You Bring

-10+ years of hands-on experience with Finance/R2R modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Intercompany). -CPA, CMA, or other finance/accounting certifications. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment. -Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries. -Proven leadership in managing ERP transformation programs and cross-functional Finance/IT teams. -Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end R2R processes including month-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, and reporting. -Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or ERP vendor credentials (Oracle/SAP). -Experience integrating ERP systems with external financial systems (Treasury, Tax, Audit, BI/Reporting). G Treasury and Avalara software knowledge is desirable. -Familiarity with PLM, SCM, or BI tools that integrate with ERP financials. -15+ years of IT/Finance systems experience with ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP). -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). -Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
