Tasks

-Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprentices -Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones -Run commercial or industrial projects ranging from $250K - $3M -Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency -Start and manage special projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings -Provide leadership, organization, and field management of teams ranging from 5-25 journeymen and apprentices

What You Bring

-Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license -2-4 years of prior supervisory experience -Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams -5 + years’ documented work in electrical commercial or industrial construction
