Overview

Manage stakeholder relationships and communication for large‑scale infrastructure projects in the GCC

Tasks

-Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans. -Monitor and report on stakeholder concerns, feedback, and issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution. -Lead and manage the PMS scope in relation to facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings. -Support risk management by identifying potential stakeholder-related risks and proposing mitigation strategies. -Work in parallel with Client to support the Program execution via Lead Developer’ entities including other 3rd party Consultants, PMC and Contractor. -Lead and manage the PMS scope in relation to Stakeholder Management and act as primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, contractors, and community representatives. -Coordinate with teams across the Program to ensure consistent messaging and timely reporting. -Mentor and guide junior stakeholder engagement staff. -Identify key stakeholders, assess their interests and influence, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -15+ years of experience in stakeholder management, client relationship management, or communications in large-scale infrastructure or land development projects. -Strong knowledge of regulatory and governmental processes in KSA. -Proficiency in stakeholder management tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Proven experience in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
