Tasks

-Providing coaching and mentorship to the project team through one-on-one check-in meetings and various project debriefs to acknowledge achievements, identify areas for improvement, and share lessons learned -Manage subconsultants -Manage all technical resources on the project team -Development of extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals -Oversee and manage assigned staff working on project -Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of teams -Establish project pricing and budgets -Coordinate and assist Section Heads, Office Managers, and Practice Leaders with marketing proposals -Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects -Develop and coordinate project scope -Participate in client presentations -Develop and maintain project specific quality plans -Monitors schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements and prepares invoices. -Create and maintain project schedules

What You Bring

-CAPM or PMP -10+ years’ experience in Water/Wastewater project design and management -Strong Presentation Skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Experience managing multidiscipline project teams -Project management and business development experience -Experience working with local clients at the county and state level -Professional Engineer License -Strong Communication Skills -Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3 -Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program
