What You Bring

-Experience in administering the NEC suite of contracts. -Experience in the use of the full suite on Microsoft software. -Have good written and oral communication skills. Proven record in working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Have a natural curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for our clients. -Knowledge in compiling the full suite of ITT documents. -Proven record of developing client relationships. -Have a good understanding of construction techniques and technology. Are experienced in managing medium-sized projects with little supervision. -Have a quantity surveying / commercial degree or equivalent qualification. Have/are working towards a recognised Chartership. -Experience in commercially managing Infrastructure projects. i.e. within at least one sector. Know the standard methods of measurement – Highways and CESMM. -Understand procurement documents required in the preparation of an ITT. -Some experience in project and technical leadership.
