Orders all required equipment for each installation project
Inventory implementation and ongoing management.
Acts as a liaison between Customers, Service, Installation, and Management.
Required to work closely with vendors to keep track of equipment delivery dates.
Performs warehouse maintenance & receiving of equipment.
Work with the Sales team to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.
Assist ISTM with the monthly setting of the revenue forecast and ensuring the department meets or exceeds the forecast.
Coordination of facilities management, including orientation of subcontractors for building maintenance.
Must communicate with customers regarding their installations and provide quality service to customers - escalate when required.
Schedules and coordinates all installation projects.
