Tasks

-Deliver transportation projects that improve mobility, safety, and quality of life in local communities. -Stay current with transportation design trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into project solutions. -Contribute to the organization's technical strategy and help forecast future technical needs. -Serve as a technical lead, guiding the team on best practices, decisions, and troubleshooting as needed. -Engage with dynamic groups such as the Community Impact and Fun Committees, Fisher Minds (ERG), and the Employee Advisory Group -Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. -Implement and oversee quality control processes and conduct technical audits to ensure high standards. -Foster a high-performing, motivated team through clear expectations, constructive feedback, mentoring, and career development. -Oversee the design and execution of highway engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. -Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams. -Assist in recruiting top engineering talent who align with the team’s technical excellence and company culture. -Ensure effective resource allocation, adequate staffing, and utilization to meet project and team goals.
