The Role

Overview

Assist President in SEA operations, coordinating schedules, reports, and basic data analysis.

Tasks

-Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and business correspondence. -Consolidate regular reports (sales updates, market activities, business KPIs). -Assist in follow-up of key business initiatives in SEA markets. -Support basic data analysis for business decisions (e.g., sales trends, customer activities, budget summaries). -Assist in organizing internal and external business reviews. -Support preparation for customer visits, marketing events, and regional coordination tasks. management for executives -Coordinate the President’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. -Prepare simple presentation materials and summaries for management review. -Help track progress of projects and ensure action items are followed. -Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather information for the President.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for senior leadership. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. The Assistant to the President – SEA Business will support the President in daily operations, coordination, and business follow-ups across Southeast Asia. This role requires someone with a good grounding in Sales & Marketing or Business/Finance, strong coordination skills, and the ability to analyze basic business data. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to support ongoing business activities without needing deep specialization in every field. -Education Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Strong organization and coordination abilities -Excellent in English communication, Mandarin is advantage -Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint) -Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. -5-7 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Support, Finance, or Business Operations roles. -Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
