The role is multi-dimensional, fast-paced and requires accuracy and efficient work. -Have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a desire for continued growth and learning -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Experience in accurate payroll processing required, union experience preferred -Must have strong organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite -Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum of a high school diploma or GED -Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company payroll information
