Tasks

-Evolve current internal communication methods for greater reach and impact -Provide advice and guidance on communications solutions. -Deliver targeted content across various channels. -Guard and maintain the corporate brand, messaging, and tone of voice, across all communications. -Maintain, expand, and update internal resources. -Monitor and report on project activity. -Plan, implement and develop projects and plans. -Hands-on delivery of projects. -Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources.

-Copywriting and proofreading. -Excellent copywriting skills. -Keen eye for detail and creative flair. -Ability to process technical information and present it in an engaging way to various audiences. -Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative. -Degree level qualification -Proven track record in producing a range of collateral. -Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities. -Ability to present ideas to colleagues, including senior managers. -Demonstrable experience of producing high calibre written content and maintaining brand identity. -IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office Packages. -3+ years in a communications role. -Full driving license. This role will involve regular travel across the UK to various BRUSH locations.
