Tasks

-Develop and launch agreed upon new products. Responsible for all launch elements and success criteria. Monitor and document results to ensure that product development activities achieve platform strategies, adhere to process, maintain schedule, manage risk and budget. Assure successful transition to Product Management after launch period. -Prepare business plans for new product ideas utilizing the product development process. This includes all aspects of business plan preparation including financial, market, competition, etc. Gain agreement on recommendations. -Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations. Encourage communication and integration of efforts. -Identify new customer energy efficiency, renewable energy and demand response programs.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. -Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., ITC tax credits, FEOC compliance, tariffs, cybersecurity) -Minimum of seven years' experience in product development, program management, engineering, or regulatory administration. -A minimum of two years' experience in at least one of the following areas is required: competitive product development; DSM product development; renewable energy; energy monitoring and information services. -Knowledge of development processes and utility regulation. -Experience developing financial plans, evaluating competition and markets, team leadership, and project management. -Utility Experience and/or experience with Integration of distributed energy resources (DERs) -Familiarity with advanced systems like ADMS and DERMS for grid modernization. -Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. MBA preferred.
