-Ensure residents experience a high standard of wellbeing and connection through exciting activities -Promote resident happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life -Work closely with the Activities Team, village departments and functions -Plan and deliver activities for Independent Residents, encouraging active participation and enjoyment
