What You Bring

-Skilled in using measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools. -Physically able to: Lift and push items weighing 75+ lbs and pull items up to 60 lbs. -Maintenance Vocational Diploma -2+ years of industrial maintenance experience -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to operate overhead hoists and lift-assist equipment. -Visual requirements include: 20/40 vision (with or without corrective lenses), normal peripheral vision of at least 70 degrees and depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Experience working safely with 120V–480V circuits. -2 years of Manufacturing environment experience -Capable of grasping, reaching, and handling tools, equipment, and materials. -Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar). -Mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting skills required. -Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure. -Demonstrated knowledge of proper lifting techniques. -Able to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift. -Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. -Ability to communicate effectively and understand both written and verbal instructions. -You must comply with all plant safety policies and department-specific safety rules. -Required to wear all designated personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety-toed shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves and hearing protection. -3 Years of consistent work history -Occasionally required to sit, stoop, reach, or kneel. -High school diploma or equivalent
