-πŸ’‘ Apply systems engineering best practices and approaches to grow the systems engineering capability within the engineering team. -πŸ“Š Report to Project Lead Engineer (Systems and Integration) with deliverable progress updates and resource level recommendations. -πŸ”— Liaise with all disciplines to ensure coordination of the design. -πŸ“ Support integrated technical management (technical and project risks and issues, technical assumptions, design configuration, breakdown structure development). -❓ Respond to technical queries as required. -πŸ“ˆ Develop and propose an MBSE approach. -🌍 Global Impact: Support major UK and international Nuclear Clients with key work packages. -πŸ› οΈ Create or coordinate the creation of artefacts such as the operations concept, functional and system architectures, requirement and compliance statements, verification and validation planning, optioneering assessments, design risk assessments (safety and CDM).

-πŸ› οΈ Systems engineering experience through the full project life cycle from initial proposal through requirements development, design, testing, qualification, certification, and production release phases. -✈️ Travel Ready: Ability to travel to Assystem offices and customer sites within the UK. -🌟 Over 55 years in nuclear engineering. -🌍 Ability to work with a multi-national team and to attain and maintain the respect and confidence of all stakeholders. -πŸ—£οΈ Excellent oral and written communication skills. -πŸ“š Extensive subject-specific knowledge of power plant design, UK codes, standards, regulations, and operational requirements. -πŸ›‘οΈ Security: BPSS and SC required. -πŸ“ Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). -πŸŽ“ Degree qualified or equivalent in Systems Engineering or other technical fields. -πŸ§‘β€πŸ”§ Proven ability to coordinate a highly skilled technical workforce to produce products that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements. -πŸ”„ Whole life-cycle experience is essential. -🏭 Background in nuclear fusion, nuclear sector, or regulated industries like thermal power generation, oil and gas. -βš–οΈ Working experience of Health and Safety, Quality Assurance standards, CDM regulations, and NBS.
