Tasks

-Leading and managing production lines to meet operational requirements, ensuring high-quality standards using ABB methods and tools such as the NCR database and Kaizen app. -Performing essential production administration tasks, including time and attendance data entry, material picking, yielding, confirming, and booking finished materials. -Driving a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Six Sigma principles, addressing quality issues, and fostering effective communication across teams. -Drive meaningful projects that power industries and communities while developing the next generation of manufacturing talent -Sequencing product builds and coordinating documentation, material delivery, and timelines to meet production schedules and achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs.

What You Bring

-Extensive experience in assembly operations, including interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and instructions. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, with expertise in assembly tools, methodologies, and processes. -Must have NZ working right/visa. -Skilled in using light hand tools and following standardized operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. -Demonstrated history of effective leadership and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving goals. -Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean principles and manufacturing methodologies.
