Tasks
-Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts. -Encouraging and collaborative team environment. -Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. -Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. -Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers. -Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

What You Bring
-IT equipment to complete all jobs -Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. -Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems. -Proven experience in BMS project sales or a related field. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. -Ability to travel within the South of the UK as required. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
