Tasks

-Facilitate cross-functional ’72 hr’ reviews with engineering team(s), customer service, supply chain, operations, and systems test to ensure accurate commitments to customers for engineer to order solutions. -Act as primary point of contact in representing Raleigh 3PH manufacturing with customers, sales, customer service, and project management. Disseminate questions to engineering or plant resources for timely resolution. Protect the reputation of Eaton, CPS and 3PH in all communications. -Calibrate regularly with Demand Planning & Operations to understand current backlog and necessary lead-times due to material availability or general capacity. -Monitor Hyperscale & large customer accounts to understand the context of performance and appropriately balance prioritization and communications. Leverage cross-functional skills to influence order prioritization through engineering, supply chain, operations, test, and logistics. -Work proactively to remove roadblocks and mitigate risks after order entry through final logistics to avoid unnecessary delays for the customer. -Lead the order fulfillment team to influence 3PH commitments and monitor schedule attainment of UPS, Battery Cabinet, and Accessories on behalf of the customer. -Participate actively in monthly financial forecasting and SIOP demand planning. -Host customers for world-class Factory Witness Test experiences. Capture customer feedback and coordinate resolution. -Maintain a Factory Witness Test master schedule and work with systems test, operations, and engineering to balance resources and capacity in all commitments. Ensure factory witness test readiness prior to customer visits/virtual events. -Maintain dashboards to monitor customer commitments on standard, configured to order, and engineered to order solutions. -Maintaining sense of urgency to customers’ requirements. -Maintain general awareness of product line performance vs commitments and message as appropriate to update customers or invested parties. Provide AWSD on behalf of the team if commitments are in jeopardy. -Develop a strong team that acts with a customer first mindset, is influential within the manufacturing org, and is capable of clear, concise, and balanced external communications to a range of audiences (especially customers). -Develop strong relationships with primary points of contact in project management, product management, service, sales, engineering, and operations. -Collaborate with drop ship scheduling to meet requested project timelines.

What You Bring

-Minimum of five (5) years experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations -Ability to present data effectively to support recommendations regarding supply/demand plan. -Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. -Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field -Previous experience in production scheduling in a Make to Order manufacturing environment -Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ERP requirements and customer order processing -Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills -Understand the primary drivers and largest projects for forecasted demand shared by the product management team in SIOP. -Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution -Ability to manage and develop a team. -Experience in customer project management -Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills -Project management certification -Basic understanding of bill of materials, product costing, order entry, and typical supply chain functions. -Ability to adjust work priorities to meet continuously changing schedules. -SAP Experience
