Tasks

Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, the Operational Support Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks associated with daily operations of production, despatch, procurement, transport and interstate inventory for InfraBuild Reinforcing Cavan. -Assist with coordination of initiatives and projects -Purchasing of consumables for the site -Freight management of inwards goods and interstate transfers -Procurement of stock -Issue and monitor maintenance work orders -Adhering to all relevant InfraBuild health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legislative requirements

What You Bring

-Experience using Power BI, Sparks, JDE - advantageous -Customer service mindset -Operational and administrative experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Systems and manufacturing process knowledge/experience, desirable -Advanced MS Excel experience -Relevant operational / administration qualification or equivalent experience
