Configure and support Workday Payroll, troubleshoot issues, and lead payroll projects.

Tasks

-Ensuring up to date knowledge on the latest Workday features and technology releases and demonstrate the ability to recognize and promote the opportunities they might bring. -Recognize the importance of upholding the highest degree of data confidentiality and security. -Managing system configuration, security, and business process design for Workday Payroll. -Supporting internal governance processes around payroll projects. -Leading on Workday Payroll projects, ensuring that project plans and resourcing requirements are clearly documented and agreed. Manage and perform the execution of system changes (updates, new configuration) and participate in all aspects of system testing. -Implementation of new payrolls through company acquisitions. -Providing support to payroll users through the management and resolution of support tickets raised through the internal JIRA ticket board. -Providing support to the wider Workday HCM team as required. -Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management as the main point of contact for the in house OVO payroll team. -Can manage system configuration, security, and business process design for Payroll

What You Bring

-Hold a CIPP qualification in payroll management. -Have experience with additional Workday modules - desirable. -Have Workday certification in Workday payroll. -Are comfortable juggling multiple things at once. There will be a lot of variety; you’re able to keep on top of it all and are prompt in delivery. -Have worked with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security - desirable. -Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Have a deep knowledge of Workday Payroll. -Have great customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organisations. -Have excellent written and oral communication skills. -Are familiar with Workday delivery methodologies - desirable.
