Own It – Take responsibility for your pipeline, your results, and your professional growth. You’ll engage decision-makers who want to sell smarter — using data and insight to drive demand and influence specifications at design stage. The sales cycles are complex, the stakeholders senior, and the conversations strategic. Build trusted relationships with sales, marketing, and product leaders within target manufacturers. Represent Hubexo and NBS at events, webinars, and industry forums to expand your reach. Use Hubexo’s intelligence and technology to demonstrate measurable value. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to tailor campaigns and demos that resonate. We’re looking for a consultative Business Development Manager to grow our NBS portfolio across the manufacturing sector. Manage your pipeline with precision in Salesforce — every interaction builds momentum. Generate and close new business across the UK manufacturing market, focusing on mid-to-enterprise accounts. What You Bring
Experience selling to or within manufacturing, building products, or construction-related industries preferred. Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups. Proven track record in consultative B2B sales. Experience in SaaS, data, or digital platforms is ideal — but if you’re ready to transition from a strong solution-sales background, we’ll support you with full training. Strong commercial mindset — you spot opportunities and turn insight into value. Tech-savvy and data-aware, comfortable using CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
