Manage delivery of multiple construction projects ensuring time, budget, quality and safety.

Tasks

-Oversee the delivery of multiple projects (typically £1m - £5m in value) -Manage and support project teams from pre-construction through to completion -Attend regular client and progress meetings, representing the business professionally -Work closely with commercial and design teams to drive best value and efficiency -Ensure compliance with programme, budget and H&S standards -Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications -Strong background delivering education, healthcare and/or commercial projects -Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within a main contracting environment -Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills

Benefits

Salary & package dependant on experience: £70-£80k per annum plus benefits
