Tasks

-Drives and supports harmonization activities -Creates real changes and helps each person understand and adapt to those changes -Consults other business functions (Marketing, Sales, Bid Management, Procurement, Engineering, Project Management) on opportunities for engineering improvements at a global level -Proposes, plans, and drives continuous improvement projects -Analyzes processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation and participates in work groups / projects, and moderates meetings and workshops -Implements Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday work process

What You Bring

-Bachelors of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related field -Preferred background in proven implementations of artificial intelligence projects -Preferred background in the Oil & Gas and Process Industries as well as related standards (i.e. API, IEC, NFPA, etc.) -Preferred background in continuous improvement or LEAN programs -10+ years of experience as a lead engineer, program manager, solution architect, or other role requiring continuous follow up -Cost out and development experience for a product in Oil & Gas is preferred
