What You Bring

We are seeking a Lead Architect with a strong background in architectural consultancy and developer-side project experience. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the design, coordination, and delivery process from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, high-profile projects while ensuring design excellence and compliance with all regulatory requirements. -Proven experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. -Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture -Familiarity with local authority regulations, codes, and standards. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery, including concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and handover. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools. -Strong design sense combined with solid technical and coordination abilities. -8–10 years of experience in architecture, including both consultancy and developer-side roles.
