The Role
Overview
Manage front desk, ensure smooth coworking operations, and enhance member experience.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Facilitate member onboarding, including office preparations and welcome kits. -Oversee mail services, including organization and distribution. -Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown. -Conduct walkthroughs to maintain a clean, well-kept space. -Troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and assist with facility maintenance. -Support operations to ensure the space is organized, clean, and fully functional. -Coordinate bookings for events and member inquiries. -Greet members, guests, and team members warmly, managing the front desk during business hours. -Promote Kiln’s services and offerings while driving member engagement. -Communicate with members through email, Slack, and newsletters. -Procure signage and materials for member offices and desks. -Create moments of delight, such as celebrating birthdays and milestones. -Build and maintain a welcoming, collaborative community environment. -Develop and manage inventory systems for supplies. -Support the Community Director with scheduling and conference room preparation.
