What You Bring
We are seeking experienced MIG welders who can confidently fabricate handrails, stairs, and miscellaneous metal structures. Candidates must be able to read measurements, understand pre-fabrication steps, and complete builds independently. Some projects may also require support on structural welding jobs using stick welding. We are building a team of skilled welders to support project-based work across Colorado. Projects range from a few days to a couple of months. Reliable transportation is required, although we may provide transportation for certain job sites. -Familiarity with stick welding is a strong plus -Certification is not required upfront; internal certification will be provided -Ability to pass a 3G MIG Plate Test (2" plate with backer bar) -Working independently with minimal supervision -Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings -Reliable and adaptable to changing project conditions -Flexible and willing to travel to various job sites -TIG & MIG welding experience required -Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS D1.1 code -Self-sufficient and able to work independently
