Overview
Operate machinery and tools to produce prestressed concrete ties.

Tasks
-* Read and follow the production schedule. -* Adhere to Nortrak's Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies. -* Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. -* Maintain and operate with hand and power tools like saw, flipping station, casting machine, stressing system, utility tractor, overhead cranes and, hydraulic lifts, forklifts and cranes. -* Prepare and handle production templates throughout the production process. -* Clean up production area regularly.

What You Bring
-* Hearing abilities related to job assigned. -* Ability to read work orders, ITP's, blueprints, rulers and tape measures. -Prestressed concrete setup. -* ACI experience or certification preferred. -* Able to work with little supervision. -* Regularly lift and move up to 20-25 pounds, occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. -* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or climbing. -* High School graduate or GED preferred. -If you think you have the necessary qualifications and drive to excel in our team, we invite you to apply now and join us at voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak. Apply today! -* Experience in construction industry is a plus. -* Experience in Forklift and Crane operations preferred. -* PCI experience or certification preferred. -* Knowledge of operating operate with hand and power tools such as, saw, flipping station, casting machine, stressing system, utility tractor, overhead cranes and, hydraulic lifts. -* Ability to work effectively in teams. -* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -* Basic mathematical calculation experience in adding and subtracting whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
