Tasks

-Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Estimating Manager -Maintain and update pricing databases, supplier rates, and inclusions lists. -Interpret plans, site reports, and council/developer guidelines to inform estimates. -Liaise with sales consultants, drafting, and construction to ensure buildability and compliance. -Prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders, and pricing for new home builds.
