Tasks

-Be involved in multiple projects at any one time. -Collaborate with project design teams to facilitate project execution through highly skilled detailing. -Maintain a culture of client-focused project delivery through high technical competency. -Independently coordinate the work of a multidiscipline team through all phases of projects. -Leading coordination efforts with outside and internal engineering consultants. -Actively participate as a member of our in-office studio, mentor junior intern architects, technologist within the team. -Have a comprehensive understanding of Architectural specifications in contract documents and coordinate with specification writers. -Organize and participate in construction documentation i.e., leading-building envelope design, interior details, coordination with different disciplines. -Performing QA/QC and implement project milestone QA/QC reviews, technical reviews across projects.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 3 years experience -Professional, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal management oversight -Must have experience in both small and large-scale projects -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) -Registered Architect -Experience and/or interest in Sustainable Design / LEED / WELL -Experience performing contract administration -Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling, and Microsoft Office -Be well-versed in implementation and application of OBC. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process -A minimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience -Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills -Demonstrated graphic presentation skills -Experience in the preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications -Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
