Coordinate FTTH construction projects, manage costs, schedules, and liaise with teams.

Tasks
-Coordinate all phases of construction projects including pre-construction meetings, site surveys, permit and license applications, make-ready, design and documentation, material procurement, contract labor requirements, and plant activation -Develop job cost estimates, monitor costs, evaluates change orders and controls the cost of work in progress to budget -Demonstrates safe operation and care of company vehicles. Ensures compliance with safety standards, participates in regular employer facilitated safety meetings -Monitors project/job intake portals, update job and task status -Communicates regularly with Project Managers and to review job funnels, schedules, and tasks

What You Bring
-Familiarity with FTTH fiber/strand design maps and interpretation -Working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and Telcordia Blue Book construction standards -Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with occasional night work and weekend work to support maintenance and repair activity -2–4 years of relevant experience in OSP construction or telecommunications project coordination -Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams -Authorization to work in the United States for this company -To be 18 years of age or older
