  • Applies insights from past projects and industry trends to evolve and optimize change management approaches

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in change management or business improvement roles
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and working independently in a hybrid work setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Skilled in change management frameworks and collaboration tools (e.g., ADKAR, Miro, Confluence)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) preferred
  • Proven experience supporting PMO or enterprise transformation functions
  • Confident working with executives, business leaders, and subject matter experts
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to embed change management into projects and initiatives
  • Analytical thinker with expertise in assessing change impacts and organizational readiness
  • Experience integrating change into business initiatives and transformation is highly regarded
