Tasks

-Perform construction administration duties -Participate in setting office graphic and construction standard(s) -Influence and help guide the firm culture -Manage, review, and produce SD, DD and CD documents for projects of varying sizes/types

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge and experience in Revit -Competence with AutoCAD, Sketchup -Hand drawing skills, Lumion and BIM experience and AutoCAD experience is a plus -Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer in a firm -Strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination -Strong knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration -NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) -Strong knowledge of the commercial construction, zoning and building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems -Authorized to work in the U.S. -Experience or interest in supporting marketing (RFP, RFQ, presentations, etc.) efforts is a plus
