Tasks

-Perform Process Safety Studies on audited Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) -Take field dimensions, gather equipment information, measure equipment, prepare sketches, and develop piping isometrics -Prepare system pressure loss, flow, maximum equipment pressure and vacuum, and similar calculations -Developing Bill of Materials -Adhere to specifications and standards set forth by client -Interact with clients on a regular basis -Audit P&ID’s in the field and redline as needed

What You Bring

-AutoCAD MEP -Revit MEP -ASME B31.3 – Process Piping Standards and BPV Code - Section VIII -1+ years of experience with P&ID and PFD knowledge related to process systems -Communicate effectively across all levels within organization -Ability to gain certification to perform process safety studies at Procter & Gamble required -Current certification to perform process safety studies at Procter & Gamble desired -Proficient with designing in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software -HVAC ductwork design -Size control valves and flow limiters -Travel as required for field work and/or other client/business objectives -3+ years of industry relevant experience (process/piping design for industrial projects including design plans, elevations, and isometrics) and creating/modifying P&IDs and PFDs -Associates Degree in related field or equivalent technical experience -Plant 3D -Size pressure relief valves and vents
