-Confirm Construction Plans match Final Plat information -Confirm design meets Agency and basic Civil Engineering criteria -Review Single Family Residential Underground Utilities and Paving Submittal Plans -Review Offsite Utilities (Water, Sanitary Sewer, Force Main, etc.) Submittal Plans -Identify Utility Clearances and Constructability Concerns of Underground Utilities -Write a Summary for each Submittal Plan Review -Annotate Civil 3D Base File and Proposed Surface to utilize in the Submittal Plan Review

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills -Understand and Identify Construction Details -Flexibility to change work assignments on short notice and under intensive deadlines -1 or more years of drafting experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D -Minimum of High School or Technical School Training with courses in Computer-Aided Drafting or Equivalent Experience -Ability to Calculate / Analyze Slopes and Grades for Pavement Complying with Criteria while considering Natural Topography -Ability to build strong relationships
