Tasks

-Lead RFP/bid processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management -Partner with operations teams to support daily sourcing and supply chain activities -Coordinate with global regional Sourcing Leads to ensure program continuity and standardized reporting -Conduct supplier performance reviews, manage scorecards, and ensure contract compliance -Manage and mentor a team of sourcing professionals across all sourcing activities and initiatives -Develop comprehensive category plans with spend visibility, supplier summaries, and market insights -Analyze price proposals and financial data to determine optimal pricing structures

-Knowledge of supplier diversity program requirements -Experience with e-commerce procurement initiatives -Familiarity with cross-functional stakeholder team leadership -Background in budget preparation and management across multiple countries -Experience supporting facility management and project services -5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain field with team management experience -Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders -Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and pricing structures -Proven experience developing and negotiating supplier contracts -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook -Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline -Demonstrated project management and process development skills -Global sourcing experience across multiple regions
