Tasks

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly applications. Ensure UI consistency, usability, and cross-browser/device optimization. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality delivery. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools to accelerate development. Design and maintain APIs, server-side logic, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, PHP, Python (Django/Flask), or similar technologies. Architect and oversee the development of responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions. Optimize data flow and storage using relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Oversee code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management to maintain code quality and streamline releases. Collaborate with DevOps teams for containerization, cloud deployment, and automation (Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines). Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization through well-architected solutions. Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices for scalable, maintainable, and secure applications. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end and back-end developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Lead – Software Development with 8–10 years of proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, define technical direction, and ensure best practices while staying hands-on in both front-end and back-end development. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences. Solid understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture. 8–10 years of experience in full-stack web development with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong ability to mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing development team. Proven experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Git/version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Express, PHP, Python, Django/Flask) development.
