The Role

Overview

Coordinate bus stop projects from planning to operation, managing budgets and stakeholders.

Tasks

-Driving the pre-construction coordination works prior to implementation, which includes tracking bus stop implementation dates and ensuring builder/project team completes the bus stop to meet both operational and commuter needs. -Coordinating on bus stop matters, collaborating closely with bus network planners, government agencies, project teams of major road and rail developments to manage the complete life cycle of bus stops, from initial location planning to full operationalisation. -Managing budget projections, and oversee budget reviews for infrastructure-related works related to bus stops. -Studying bus stop-related initiatives and agency standards, helping to promote public transport usage with a user-centric approach.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels. -Creative, hands-on individual who is comfortable with regular site visits and hands-on fieldwork, with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. -Knowledge in any discipline. -Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the project management, operations or related field.
