Tasks

-Assisting with tender documents for submission -Completing take-off for constructions estimates -Preparation of site documentation for construction certification. -Preparation of scopes of work -Procuring materials -Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts -Liaising with consultants, submitting and closing out RFI’s -Negotiating and letting subcontracts -Approving subcontract progress claims -Assisting with client progress claims

What You Bring

-3+ years experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role. -Project based contract and financial administration experience -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex or similar construction software
