Tasks
o Execute transformations to evolve Front End Quotation capabilities - People, Process, Technology o Define critical measures of success and KPIs. Identify NAM Quotations transformations required to deliver capability vision. o Consultative Selling support on what value Schneider Electric can deliver for our customers- Engineering, Products, and Services o Enable demand shaping towards standard and optimized solutions early in Customer Project Process. o To optimize solutions/product application for customer and SE o Anticipate feasibility challenges and change direction accordingly. o Implement - Develop plan, secure leadership buy-in, and drive accountability to execute. o Benchmark other NAM organizational models to leverage best practices - Digital Power, Data Center Solutions, etc. Lead deployment of Power Systems Equipment Quotations transformations aligned to the Global Projects and Equipment model - People, Process, Technology, and Data - in collaboration with the E2E Leadership Team and other cross-funcitonal leadership as required. Ensure transformations are aligned and deliver on intent of strategic objectives by improving E2E collaboration and enaging the right technical competencies at right points in the process o To drive cost accuracy and visibility throughout the life-cycle of projects (pricing, project cost optimization, risk management, etc.) o Accelerate key Global ETO process adoption opportunities o Escalate any risks/barriers and resolve in a timely manner. o Perform diagnostic of current state and identify gaps and weakness in capability to deliver desired outcomes - roles/competencies, process, tools, etc. o To enable selectivity of the right projects for SE o Drive large scale transformations and expand your network of influence. o Quantify the change implications in terms of cost, benefits, and risks Manage expectations and communicate progress to senior level stakeholders -A customer centric mindset: Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications, and values. Focus on customer total EXPERIENCE and LIFECYCLE. Create a sense of win-win partnership by delivering high quality services within the available resources

We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. -5+ years of experience in leading Transformation Programs -5+ years of experience in leading remote and diverse engineering/technical teams -The ability to build networks, ideas, and information with groups as well as individuals. Build long-term relationships navigating a matrix organization; Ability to ability to lead through ambiguity; Collaborate, influence across stakeholder groups (commercial, GSC organizations, NAM Hub, SE Digital etc…) -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical science, business (or equivalent) -A resulted oriented mindset with the ability to set and accomplish challenging goals, maintain focus, intensity, and optimism in achieving results with the organization and customer objectives. Risk taker; delivers results solving challenging problems with creative solutions -7+ years of experience with engineering and manufacturing of engineered to order products -Effective communication and listening: Ability to communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with internal and external customers. It involves exchange of information and meaning -The ability to solve complex problems: Takes a proactive approach to anticipating, preventing, and solving problems. Ability to identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans. -A change and agility mindset: Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives, and business objectives) across remote and diverse teams
