What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to support the Hillview Reservoir Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, independent cost estimates, performing detailed takeoffs, reconciling contractor costs, and conducting advanced Excel-based analyses. -Certifications such as CCP, CEP, CCM, or PMP. -Familiarity with digital estimating tools and data-driven reporting. -Background across multiple estimating disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). -Experience in cost reconciliation and forecasting using Excel. -Hands-on field construction experience. -Experience with NYCDEP projects and associated payment requisition processes.
