Tasks

-Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices. -Lead Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. -Ensures commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. -Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards. -Provide full Cost Management duties to AECOM clients. -Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in Cost Management providing a full spectrum of deliverables throughout projects. -Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation. -Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender documentation tools shall be essential. -Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management. -NEC 3 /4 experience working with NEC Project Manager. -Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. -Professional Qualified – Chartered Status with the RICS.
