Renewal Agent handles lease renewals, customer service, and office coverage.

Tasks

-Meet with customers and address their needs for renewals, modifications and assignation, etc. -Follow-up on phone messages within 24 hours -Must meet monthly objectives set out by Leader -Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet -Greet, inform clients and conduct visits of rental apartments -Ensure all renewal inquiries are handled as per provided instructions -Ensure post renewal follow-up

-Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through -Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information -Availability to work various shifts (evening and weekends) -Group RRSP matching -Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing systems and new technology -Ability to work independently (self-managed) with efficiency and with other associates in a team environment -Familiarity with technology is an asset -Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to change -Knowledge of the different amenities available -2 years of sales and customer service -Excellent communication skills -Ability to remain calm and to stay in control of any situation with patience, empathy and understanding -Coverage of the leasing office as needed -Excellent learning and problem-solving capabilities -Professional approach and aware of the importance of delivering quality customer service -Must have a reliable vehicle that is suitable for winter driving conditions
