Tasks

-Conduct the design/development phase with additional client/user review and approval, including city, county, and state code reviews, and refine design options with detailed cost estimates. -Develop detailed cost estimates and work with the equipment/material specifier. Manage the project timeline and meet all due dates during the schematic design stage. -Administer the bid/contract phase by reviewing bids, contractor invoices, punch lists, construction and shop drawings, and resolving issues as they arise. -Coordinate and direct the day-to-day activities and performance requirements for construction and construction support. -Prepare contract documents by reviewing specifications with the client, refining design options, performing the final development of details, and coordinating reviews with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other specialty trades. -Perform analysis of costs and determine which drawings are required for each phase of the project during the feasibility study stage. -Provide daily reports on progress and resources.

What You Bring

-Ability to put together drawing sets. -Proficiency in Revit. -5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in commercial projects. -An Architectural PM experience with an A/E firm is preferred but not required.
