Tasks

-Collaborates with various airport departments to manage the impact of the Program while effectively meeting departmental demands. -Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure necessary consultations and approvals are aligned. -Delivers updates and reports to communicate interface risks and opportunities effectively. -Offers specialized project management expertise to facilitate the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements. -Works closely with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as needed.

What You Bring

-Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups. -Typically requires at least 10 years of professional experience in project or program management. -Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects. -University Degree + 10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs. -Extensive technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects. -Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reports to support effective decision-making. -Strong track record of leading teams to successfully execute complex infrastructure projects and programs. -A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or similar infrastructure programs.
