Tasks

-Provide any assistance required in any of the areas of business including sales, operation, production and training on an as-needed basis. -Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the accuracy of pricing, proposals, purchase orders, and quotes. -Manage and distribute all AWR opportunities and assist with AWR follow ups -Assist in the creation and implementation of processes to increase productivity including, but not limited to: -Maintaining R stamp certification -Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure all code packages are maintained and tracked properly with NBIC and state agency. -Manage all incoming sales leads and inquiries, distribute as necessary -Ensure that project schedules are maintained with the appropriate personnel. -Lead weekly Operational Status meetings -Manage the open projects, PM services, service contracts, etc. within the boiler division

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -10+ years of experience in the various disciplines of the Boiler Business such as Sales, Operation, Production and Training. -Professional attitude and demeanor; problem solving and prioritization skills. -Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 software products. -Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Experience dealing with customers. -Must have an understanding and a commitment to EMCOR’s safe working practices. -Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
